Negative: On my second night at the property, the water wasn’t going down the drain in the shower and the next day they sent a handyman to look at the property and he said that there was a diaper in the toilet and the management team tried to charge me €50 For having a diamond in the toilet. I have never had possession of a diaper and I’m shocked that they would suggest that there was a diaper in the toilet. Furthermore, this should have nothing to do with water not going down the drain in the shower. I explained this to the management team, but they simply said they were going to charge me €50 and that I would have to pay the fee. Subsequently, I cancelled my debit card because I refuse to pay €50 and I made a complaint to Booking.com. I believe they were trying to scam me and it is amongst the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was so offended that I checked out of the property the next day, even though I had two more days left on my booking.

Lack of prepared instructions Positive: Location and size of facility. Negative: When I arrived, there was no any printed paper with a WI-FI password. To know it, you need to go online, but people who come out of Germany we don't have internet. So I was going to another Hotel to connect wi fi to get password. A convenient stay near the University clinic, clean and tidy apartment, good host Positive: The apartment is located very close to the Jena University clinic, a 5-minute walk. It can be reached by tram #5 from the Jena city centre in 20 minutes. There are local supermarkets by the main road near the tram stop - Aldi, Woolworths and others. A very quiet and cosy area to live in. The apartment had all the appliances and utensils needed for cooking and a convenient stay, and tea and coffee were provided by the host, which was kindly appreciated. The apartment is in immaculate condition, very clean and tidy. One has to collect the keys from the apartment in the box outside, and the process was explained in detail. An effortless check-in and check-out. A great host who responds promptly. Negative: There is no elevator in the building, and the apartment is located on the 4th level. The microwave was broken, and I used the stove to prepare breakfast. I recommend that the instructions on flat usage be written in English as well and include Wi-Fi and TV rules to avoid additional Q&As.

Super für einen teistationären Klinikaufenthalt und Homeoffice. Positive: Liegt optimal zum Klinikum. Es war schön, dass die Wohnung einen Balkon hatte . Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer auf die Lobdeburg war schön. Negative: Wohnung in der 4.Etage. Bei starker Hitze sind das jede Menge Treppen.

Positive: Die Größe der Wohnung war sehr schön. Das Badezimmer war richtig gut mit Fußbodenheizung und großer Dusche. Für mich als Einzelperson war genug Geschirr vorhanden, aber mit mehreren wäre es schon knapp gewesen. Negative: Die Matratze im Bett war sehr hart, das Bett war ungewöhnlich hoch. Die Türe wurde wohl mal aufgebrochen und vor der Wohnungstüre im Hausflur sah es aus, als wäre dort ein Blutfleck. Das machte keinen sicheren Eindruck.
